I received this figure with much anticipation. The alt-mode is beautiful! That's the high point. There are many flaps folded on top of each other as you get to robot mode. The plastic is thin and it makes it scary to transform. When in bot-mode, there is a floppyness due to the arm kibble. Some of the soft, rubbery material, out of the box is warped, but that may different for each person. The swords are also slighty warped and sharp. The bot and alt modes do look good, but it feels fragile, but nothing's broken on mine. I think this may be the weak point in this combiner set, but I still would say it's average for 3rd party Transformers.
