Takara Transformers Masterpiece MPG-25 BROADCAST and STEELJAW
Broadcast, the Autobot communications officer from the anime "The Transformers," and Steeljaw, the Cassettebot tracker from the anime "The Transformers 2010," are joining the next-generation premium brand MPG!
Broadcast, who works as the Autobot communications center, and Steeljaw, the Cassettebot he leads, are now available in MPG form.
Broadcast can transform from a radio cassette recorder into a robot, and Steeljaw can transform from a cassette tape into a lion-shaped robot.
Broadcast's appearance from episode 33 of the anime, "Survival Operation," is also recreated as "Alternate Transformation Mode."
In Alternate Transformation Mode, the legs are movable, allowing for the recreation of walking scenes.
By pressing a switch on Broadcast's abdomen, the chest can be opened to store the Steeljaw figure in its cassette tape form.
The figure of "MPG-24 Eject & Amhorn" (sold separately) can also be stored inside.
(Can store up to two cassette tapes.) The set
includes an Electro Scrambler Gun for Broadcast and a Solar Power Pellet Gun for Steeljaw as weapons.
The monitor panel can be attached inside Broadcast's chest.
Additionally, the megaphone used in episode 51 of the anime, "Broadcast vs. Soundwave," is included and can be attached to both of Broadcast's arms.
Effect parts representing sound waves are included and can be attached to Broadcast in device mode, as well as to the tip of the megaphone.
A replacement head (smiling) with the head design from "Transformers: The Movie" is also included, allowing for head swapping.
Steeljaw in cassette tape form can be stored in the included barrier case.
