The Chosen Prime would like to once again thank each and every one of our valued customers for the support, as we continue to grow and improve, while becoming your source for Transforming Toys from around the globe. With this growth comes the need to evolve in order to provide our customers an easier and more seamless buying experience and we have just taken another step in that process.
Up to this point, we have exclusively used PayPal as our merchant provider and Credit Card Processor, due to their long standing solid reputation and reliability for online financial transactions. We have been nothing but pleased with PayPal and will continue to use them as an option for buyers to utilize. However, we have found the need to improve our No Cost Pre-Order process, and this is something that PayPal does not offer solutions for. So, we have had to look beyond them to provide our customers a more convenient option for the No Cost Pre-Orders we offer.
We are very pleased to announce that In addition to PayPal we have reached out to Authorize.net (A Better Business Bureau A+ Rated Company) to allow us to avoid the previous “Pre-Authorization” that took place with Pre-Orders in the past. Now, with the help of Authorize.net, that has been eliminated, and you will simply check out with your Credit Card information, and you will not be charged until the item comes in stock and is ready to ship. Just simply select the No Cost Pre-Order option as seen below at checkout. Then enter your credit card information and Authorize.net will securely store the information until your item(s) arrive in stock.
In addition to this option, we will now allow those who would like to Pre-Pay for Pre-Orders, the option to do this through our existing PayPal system. To do this select the In-Stock and Immediate Payment Pre-Orders button as seen below. Please note, if this option is selected your card will be charged immediately for the entire order unless you have instructed us otherwise. This is also the option to use for all In Stock items which require immediate payment.
