When Soundwave died, Galvatron ordered him rebuilt, which resulted in having SoundBlaster. It comes with his own scout Cassette, Ratbat, which can also be used with MP-13 Soundwave. The set also comes with the detachable chest plate, and a red, clear version of the Megatron gun.
